Winter/Spring Training: Keys to a Strong Running Season-Are you a runner who just can’t seem to get to the next level. This seminar will focus on elements that are under your control. Discussion and demonstration of preparation for becoming a better runner by improving overall strength, making better food choices, maximizing training and recovery. Southwest Chicken and Apple Pasta Salad for pre/post race meal will be offered for a tasting.

Wellness 101-Are you hearing and reading “Wellness” but really not sure what it means? Introduction to what wellness is, where you are in the process of changing and how to achieve your goals and vision. Truly understanding what wellness is and the process of achieving it are the foundations of your long-term success
April 15th
Eating For Energy and Finding the Time-Are you tired everyday at 10:00 and 3:00? Do you find yourself rushing home and not to the gym after work. The focus will be on how food, beverages and eating patterns effects consistent energy and the ability to maintain a good fitness schedule. The outcome is to improve how you feel and what you accomplish on a daily basis.
