All-n-Won Wellness has a home!

As of August 1, 2011 All-n-Won Wellness has a home. We are located at 3 Frame Ave., Frazier, PA. I started All-n-Won January 2009. I spent my first 2.5 years at Body 1 wellness with my great friend and training mentor Chris. I will miss our time working together but having my own location is just an awesome feeling! I have 1000 square feet for personal training, wellness/culinary coaching and posture alignment/pain management.
The mission for All-n-Won Wellness is to deliver a multi-disciplinary approach designed to maximize one's success rate of making long-term changes in their health and wellness. Having my own location with the ability to create an environment that will also support and motivate both individuals and couples is another tool of this approach. With my new location and current level of client sessions, I have all but eliminated seeing clients in their homes. This gives me the ability to see more people at a more affordable price for them.
In the past 2.5 year's, I've also discovered and defined who I truly desire to work with. A large portion of my current client base are individuals and couples in their 50s, 60s and 70s who are concerned with their daily functional fitness and living independent as long as they possibly can. I have also had some great success working with individuals whose doctors have advised them that they need to make lifestyle changes do to health risk risk factors such as high blood pressure, high triglycerides, high cholesterol, increase fasting sugar and waists circumference over 40 in men and over 35 in women. Two or more of these risk factors can increase the risk of a cardiovascular event. This is known as metabolic syndrome. And finally the original reason why I started my business, to work with those that have tried and tried but failed at diets, gym memberships, lifestyle change or just plain over stressed. This multi-disciplinary approach that focuses on step-by-step progressive changes has shown a proven track record of impacting one's energy, decreased stress, better food choices, looser fitting clothes and the self efficacy that they need to make these changes part of their life.
