Life Change-Exploring and Connecting the Six Elements to Better and Optimal Health.

I firmly believe that we all should have our own vision. A vision that deals with our own health and wellness which should include life balance, personal priorities and even business goals. An extremely important component of my vision for All-N-Won Wellness is to "maximize impact 2012" with my clients and friends in achieving their own goals and vision.

I have been working with individuals, couples and groups whose goals have been to lose weight, get in shape, decrease stress and generally improve how they feel on a daily basis. There has been a distinctive pattern with those who have been successful and those who had challenges long-term . Consistently there have been six elements that impact the success rate of making long term lifestyle changes which all are grounded into one common link-environmental influence.

The elements are no great secret; finding your starting point, getting active, food choices, stress, energy and habits/behaviors. But what has not happened is taking the time to understand the external influences and lack of internal awareness for each element. How does each one affect the other and its impact in realizing long-term successful change.

This four week/ 2 hour class that kicks off March 6 at 7 PM at my studio location in Frazer will deliver the awareness, tools and most importantly, how the six elements affects each person ability to move forward in making long term lifestyle changes and achieve their desired goals.
